Our Products are interactive digital toolkits designed to help job seekers prepare for interviews, negotiate offers, and develop career-related skills. Products are accessed through a personal account on the Site and may include companion PDF materials.
We may update, improve, or expand the content of any Product at any time. Updates made during your active access period are included at no extra cost.
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable account to access the Product(s) you have purchased.
Prices for our Products are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment is currently processed via bank transfer following submission of an order form. Access is granted once payment has been verified.
Account access is typically activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you have not received your access details within this time, please contact us.
Upgrading to a bundle. If you have already purchased an individual Product and later decide to purchase an additional Product, you will be charged the then-current price for that additional Product. We do not retroactively apply bundle pricing or prorate, discount, or refund any portion of your original purchase to reflect a bundle rate. Bundle pricing applies only to bundle purchases made at the time of that purchase.
Approximately 30 days before your access period ends, we will offer you the option to renew at a discounted rate. This renewal offer is valid for one month from the date it is sent to you.
All content within our Products, including but not limited to text, frameworks, exercises, design, branding, and companion PDFs, is the intellectual property of Unlocked You and is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use the Products for your own career preparation. You may:

All companion PDF materials include a copyright notice and are licensed for personal use only, and not for redistribution or resale.
We collect and store the information you provide when creating an account (such as your name and email address) and the answers you enter while using our Products. This information is stored securely and is used solely to:
Your saved answers are private to your account. We do not access, read, or share the content of your saved answers, except where necessary to provide technical support at your request.
You may delete your saved progress at any time via the "Clear all answers" option in Account Settings. We do not retain copies of deleted content.

Our Products are designed to help you prepare more effectively for interviews, negotiations, and career decisions. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to job offers, interview success, or salary increases.
Your results depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including the specific employer, role, market conditions, and your own preparation and effort. The Products are a preparation tool, not a guarantee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlocked You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
Data and saved answers. Your answers and progress are stored via third-party infrastructure. While we take reasonable steps to maintain service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent retention of user-generated data. We are not liable for any loss of saved answers or data arising from: third-party infrastructure failures or outages; accidental or deliberate deletion by the user; account inactivity or expiry; or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend printing or exporting your answers regularly using the Print my answers function in Account Settings.
Third-party services. The Site and Products rely on third-party providers including but not limited to hosting, authentication, and database services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of those providers.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, where full content is accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to use the Product within your access period.
Please review the product descriptions, sample content, and these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
The sole exception is where a genuine technical issue on our part prevents you from accessing or using a Product you have paid for.
