Access and Account
How do I log in to my kit?

Go to unlocked.you/login and enter the email address and temporary password sent to you when your account was created. The first time you sign in, you will be prompted to set your own permanent password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link to your inbox. Follow the link and set a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

If you continue to have trouble, contact us at connect@unlocked.you and we will sort it out.

Can I share my account with someone else?

No. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund. If someone else needs access, they will need to purchase their own kit.

How long do I have access to the kit?

Your access is valid for 12 months from the date your account is activated. After that, your account moves to read-only. You can still view everything you wrote, but you will not be able to add or edit answers. To renew, contact us at connect@unlocked.you.

Can I access my kit on my phone?

Yes. The kit is browser-based and works on any device including phones and tablets. For the best experience when filling in longer answers, a laptop or desktop is recommended.

What happens when my access expires?

When your 12-month access period ends, your account switches to read-only mode. You can still log in and view all your saved answers, but editing is disabled. To renew your access at a discounted rate, contact us at connect@unlocked.you.

Answers and Progress
Are my answers saved automatically?

Yes. Every time you type in the kit, your answers are saved to your account automatically within a few seconds. You do not need to click save or do anything manually. When you come back, whether that is tomorrow or months later, everything will be exactly where you left it.

What happens if I accidentally delete my answers?

If you use the Clear all answers option in Account Settings, that action is permanent. There is no backup and no way to retrieve deleted answers. We strongly recommend printing your answers regularly so you always have a copy.

To print your answers, use the Print my answers button in Account Settings. It generates a clean, readable document of everything you have written, grouped by section. Do this at the end of each session, not just at the end of the kit.
Can I print or download my answers?

Yes. In Account Settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar), click Print my answers. This opens a clean, formatted document with all your answers grouped by section, ready to print or save as a PDF. We recommend doing this regularly rather than only at the end.

Can I change my path after I've started?

Yes. You can change your path at any time from the sidebar. Your answers on each path are saved separately, so switching paths does not delete anything you have already written. You can switch back and forth freely.

What is the difference between the Interview Kit and the Negotiate Guide?

They cover different parts of the hiring process and work best together.

The Interview Kit takes you from CV check to offer: structuring your story, decoding job descriptions, researching companies, building and banking your answers, practising out loud, and reflecting after each interview. It is a full preparation system for getting through the interview itself.

The Negotiate Guide picks up where the Interview Kit ends. Once you have an offer, it walks you through how to evaluate it, respond professionally, make your counter-offer with confidence, handle pushback, and close the negotiation well.

If you are currently job searching, the Bundle gives you both at a combined price of BND 70.

I bought the Interview Kit. Can I upgrade to the Bundle?

Yes. Contact us at connect@unlocked.you and we will arrange access to the Negotiate Guide at the current standalone price of BND 35. You will not be charged again for the Interview Kit.

Do you offer refunds?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because the full content of each kit is accessible immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or failure to use the product within your access period.

The only exception is a genuine technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing a product you have paid for. If that happens, contact us and we will resolve it.

Please review the product descriptions and our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing.

How do I get access after paying?

Payment is currently processed via bank transfer. Once your payment is confirmed, your account is typically activated within 24 hours and you will receive your login details by email. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of making payment, contact us at connect@unlocked.you.

The kit isn't loading properly. What should I do?

Try the following in order:

  • Hard refresh your browser: Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac
  • Clear your browser cache and reload
  • Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
  • Check your internet connection is stable

If none of these work, contact us at connect@unlocked.you with a description of what you're seeing and which device and browser you're using.

I'm not receiving the password reset email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Password reset emails occasionally get filtered, especially on first receipt. If it's not there, wait two or three minutes and check again. If you still haven't received it after five minutes, contact us at connect@unlocked.you and we will reset your password manually.

Can I use the kit on multiple devices?

Yes. You can log in from any device using the same email and password. Your answers sync automatically so everything you write on one device is available on any other.

General
Who is Unlocked You for?

Anyone who is preparing for a job interview or navigating a salary negotiation. The kits are built around three paths: experienced professionals, fresh graduates, and people who are in between roles or returning after a gap. Whichever stage you are at, the content adapts to your situation.

I've seen a lot of career prep content written for Western job markets. Does this kit actually apply to Southeast Asia and Brunei?

Yes, and that gap is exactly why this kit exists.

Most interview and negotiation content is built around Western professional norms: directness reads as confidence, salary negotiation is expected, interviews are relatively informal, and the assumption is that you can advocate for yourself loudly without it affecting how you are perceived. That advice doesn't always translate well here, and anyone who has tried to apply it in a Southeast Asian or Brunei context will have felt the friction.

This kit was written with that friction in mind. The frameworks are universal. Structuring your story, decoding a job description, building and banking interview answers, approaching a salary negotiation: these skills travel across markets and cultures. What this kit also does is account for how to apply them in the professional culture you are actually working in. The reluctance to negotiate is not dismissed as weakness here; it is named and addressed directly. The formal professional register expected in government and corporate settings is accounted for. The reality that Brunei's professional community is small and interconnected, and that reputation travels, is woven into the guidance throughout.

If you are based elsewhere in Southeast Asia, the core content applies directly. You will calibrate the local specifics, your own market's salary norms, industry culture, and professional expectations, but the frameworks and the coaching hold across the region.

One practical note wherever you are based: salary research is something you do for your own market. Aggregator sites like Glassdoor tend to skew heavily toward Western figures and are often unreliable for Southeast Asian roles. Local recruiters, industry peers, and job listings that include salary ranges are almost always more accurate.
